Two simple steps.

INR 5,00,000 aquaculture franchise setup package covers the initial cage setup, fish seed and initial feed as defined in the project scope. Worker salary of INR 3,000/month is a running cost.

After actual running costs, positive net operating profit is shared 70% with the franchise partner and 30% with Ambit. This is an operating business partnership. No company shares or ownership are included, and no fixed earnings or capital repayment are promised.

The written franchise agreement defines the location, brand/operating rights, training and support, assets, responsibilities, duration, reporting, payout schedule, losses and exit/refund terms. No exclusive territory or automatic entitlement is implied by this summary.
